You can contribute to the Christian Garner Pay-It-Forward Fund, a heartfelt initiative inspired by Christian himself. When Christian was just 8 years old, he heard about a well-known charity collecting money to buy Christmas presents for children who would otherwise go without. At the time, he had been saving several hundred dollars in his little lockbox for something very special he wanted more than anything. But instead of spending it on himself, he made one of the most selfless decisions I’ve ever witnessed. Christian chose to donate all of his savings and even convinced his siblings, his mom, and me to do the same. As his father, I couldn’t have been prouder.

Christian’s compassion was deeply rooted in his upbringing. As a Freemason and a Shriner, I often participated in charity events to raise money for children, and Christian felt he had to do his part too. Today, we honor his legacy by paying it forward in a way he would have loved. Every dollar donated goes directly to this mission. We place the funds in a card along with Christian’s picture and story, then deliver it to random places he would have enjoyed. We hand the card to a cashier, ask them to pass it to the next person, and quietly walk away, spreading kindness just as Christian would have.

Though Christian may no longer be with us, with your support, his memory and his incredible spirit of generosity can live on forever.
